Shipping:

  • Indonesia: JNE, Si Cepat, Go-Send, and Grab.

Warranty:

All products have limited warranty for 1 week period since it is arrived on customer's address according to courier report. Please note that we only accept product return if it is not working or malfunctioning according to our product description. Unfortunately not because you are dissatisfied with the camera physical condition whatsoever, because we have inspected every products carefully, provide clear image of our products (also videos on demand) and also honest description the best we could.

Warranty claim is eligible if the products returned in the exact same condition before it was shipped to you.

And do note that we conduct film loading and unloading process to confirm every camera passed normal operational QC. But we do not test shoot to develop each film roll for every cameras as it is too many & too costly to be conducted, please do your own on 1 week period provided.

Return Shipment:

Any return shipment fee for warranty claims or refund process will be buyer's own responsibility.

International Shipment:

We do ship internationally, but we are not responsible for any tax or customs occurred in buyer's country. Do not hesitate to contact and consult with us first. Fees applied varied differently according your country's regulation, please do check your local tax and customs.
